In public mode, participants have the ability to not only create and delete their own objects but also manipulate those belonging to others. Server creators retain the power to restrict access to object creation and deletion on the server.

In private mode, all players can create objects, but only owners have the privilege of deleting them. Upon exiting the server, any objects created by a player are automatically removed. The server owner lacks the ability to block access or delete objects themselves.
